必打佛，亦称“遮脸佛”，是泰国极具代表性的护身圣物之一。
其法相以双手遮面，象征遮断六根——眼、耳、鼻、舌、身、意，从而远离世俗纷扰，隔绝不良影响。
此法门寓意：
挡是非、挡口舌、挡小人、挡灾祸，
不让外界的负面人事物侵扰内心与运势。
相传，必打佛原型为佛陀座前弟子善迦财。他天资聪慧、相貌庄严，与佛陀略有相似，因此在化缘与弘法时，常受到世人过度追捧，甚至被误认为佛陀化身。这些赞誉反而成为其修行的障碍，也引来妒忌与诽谤。
为断绝外缘干扰，善迦财以神通改变自身形貌，并以双手掩面，象征不再让眼、耳、口、鼻接触外界是非，一心向内修行、专注觉悟。
后世高僧依此法义督制必打佛圣物，成为集护身、避险、人缘与财富于一体的重要佛牌。

Phra Pidta literally means “the covering of the eyes” or “Closed-Eyes Buddha”.
