五眼四耳（Phra Sihuhata）为泰北体系中极具代表性的瑞兽财神法相，被视为佛家四大天神之一，与四面神同属高阶法门，主掌正财、偏财与非常之财。其“食炭排金”的象征，寓意将无形之机转化为实质财富，尤以横财、投资、投机型运势见长。
此期由阿赞苏斌于 BE.2560 年大法会督造，整体造型并非常规五眼四耳样式，而是特别参照龙婆班神兽崇迪佛牌的结构比例，在法相与法门上皆属少见配置，辨识度极高。
背面刻有圣僧龙婆班专用的Khata Yant Graopaetch（金刚避险经）。据佛牌文献与传承记载，此经文以护身、避险、挡灾著称，能在关键时刻为佩戴者化解危险，使人逢凶化吉、平安度过。

Phra Sihuhata (Five Eyes Four Ears) is a highly revered northern Thai wealth deity, regarded as one of the four major divine guardians in Buddhist belief, on the same spiritual tier as Phra Phrom (Four-Faced Brahma). It governs righteous wealth, windfall fortune, and unconventional income, especially suitable for business owners, investors, and those seeking financial breakthroughs.
This BE.2560 batch was consecrated by AJ Subin during a grand blessing ceremony. The design is uniquely inspired by Luang Phor Pan’s mythical Somdej amulets, making this edition structurally and spiritually distinct from other Phra Sihuhata amulets.
The reverse side features Khata Yant Graopaetch, a powerful diamond-like protective mantra traditionally used by Luang Phor Pan. According to documented records, this Yant is known for strong protection against danger, accidents, and misfortune.
